Steeped in rich history dating back to 1898, this former Dairy Factory is set on 5 acres of botanic gardens with Punehu Stream Cottage accommodation and an art gallery/retail shop. Liz Sinclair has transformed this piece of paradise into a must-visit destination. She grows lavender, harvests it, distills it, bottles it and produces pure organic Lavender oil and mist spray.
